So apparently the advertiser spun a story to Esa admin (I've just spoken to Antoinette) and she's said they won't ban these guys. "You think based on what you're saying, for a choice you made, I'd ban a client?" She asked me. And my response to her was, "I simply thought ESA bans crooks." - oh well. Good bye purple world. Why would I have thought ESA would take the welfare of clients seriously? Jokes on me.

That really renders the banning system pointless doesn't it. If they aren't getting banned for scamming then what else could possibly get you banned. I think Oraljim had alluded to something similar in a thread.

To whomever says that my house has girls in it that scam and r substance abusers why have i been advertising with esa for the last 10years if that were the case!!! The lady that was meant to do the booking actually had an EPILEPTIC FIT! The guy was so hell bent on getting his money back his stupidity immediately got to that assumption that the lady was using drugs!!! Next time take the time and look at the situation b4 assuming!!! I spoke to Antoinette & she knew that its no 1s fault that the lady has epilepsy!! I guarantee that any lady i represent wil never lie, cheat, steal, set up or extort a paying client & if thers any issues that may occur during the session i always tel the clients to notify me immediately so that i can resolve it, credit him xtra time or simply replace the lady that wud better suit his requests and needs! Otherwise clients cannot go around thinking that its ok to ban a working girl simply bcuz of her having epilepsy, clearly he was way too self absorbed to notice wat was really happening!! To clients this is something men do 4fun 4a working girl its her bread and butter!! We use that money to live off! I personally have a lot of sympathy for anyone who has a medical complication no matter what the circumstances. But even so the transaction constitutes an agreement between two parties.
A cancelation fee is understandable if the punter, through his own choice or actions, caused the booking to not happen. If it's no my fault I would want a full refund as well, just like any other business.

To say that "To clients this is something men do 4fun 4a working girl its her bread and butter!" does not take away from the fact that the punter, through no fault of his own, is now being forced to bear the costs.

That would seriously leave a sour taste in my mouth, I probably wouldn't respond to the calls either.

10 years on esa means jack shit to me if I had such an experience.

Extra time or another girl would certainly not be an appropriate remedy for such an experience.

If what you are saying is true, why did you not refund him immediately and in full? It is quite clear that when she had a supposed EPILECTIC FIT, that the booking was unable to continue. Why did he have to pay a cancellation fee due to her ill health?
