Though your story does not make sense any working girl would have noticed immediately if the condom broke and would have gone to get herself tested and taken the morning after pill unless if cause you were in a relationship with said lady and fucked her without a condom and now that she's pregnant you want to say you just found out that the condom broke months ago. 1. Get yourself a therapist or a support system that will help and support you without judgment.
2. Make an appointment at a doc or clinic , be present and establish that the pregnancy is real.
3. Then she(both of you) need to decide if she is she keeping the baby or not. (There a real possibility that she might not want to have this baby, no working girl wants to get pregnant from a client. Some wg's also have a husbands and lifes outside being an SP and having a baby will might ruin her life too)
4. If no, make that appointment and pay for it.
5. If yes, make an appointment for a dna test as soon as the doc/clinic says its possible( it can be done while pregnant)

Once that is done depending on result..you either walk away or you have to decide are you gonna raise baby as a couple living together, are you not gonna be part of its life but pay child support or are you gonna be part of its life but not with mom and paying child support or are you taking the baby after birth and she pays child support(some women dont want to be mothers).
6. If you married i would book an appointment with a marriage councillor and break the news in that safe enviromemt. Both you and wife will need that support. And you will have a whole lot to work through while also navigating the pregnancy.
7. Remember this lady is also human and to her it must also be just as big a shock as it is too you. Be kind when dealing with her. Be kind to yourself and be kind to your wife(if you have one).
You will have to put up with a lot of not so comfortable talks and situations in coming months or even years.
I wish you all al the luck in the world that this situation can be dealt with in a kind and caring manner and you all get though ot with your sanity intact.

Please note it's not a assumption hense I asked are you not the guy with the funny hat. I also went into saying if you are not him what you should do. Further more as a professional who has been around for awhile your story doesn't make sense how do you find out 8 months down the line ? Surely if the condom is in your cock you and the so called professional would have known that the condom broke and the girl would have gone to get tested and do the morning after pill or get arvs or prep. Ok so the question still remains how in earth did you only recently find out that the condom broke? Again was the condom not on your cock that you didn't notice it? Did she as the professional not notice it as it happened? I'm trying to understand how cone you both only found out recently?
