I have been a loyal customer of this establishment for many years, which is why I feel compelled to raise a serious concern regarding the way service time is calculated and delivered.
My concern relates specifically to the duration of the service for which customers pay. I usually book either a 60-minute or a 90-minute session. However, the actual time spent receiving the service on the bed is significantly less than the time paid for.
The timer appears to start immediately after a customer is allocated a room. From that point onward, several activities take place that consume the customer's paid time but do not form part of the actual service experience. These include selecting a therapist, waiting for her to prepare, her leaving and returning with equipment, showering requirements, setting up the room, and various other preparations.
For example, after entering the room, the therapist often leaves to collect her equipment and prepare for the session. Customers may then be required to shower, either alone or together with the therapist, depending on the circumstances. All of this occurs while the clock is already running. By the time the actual massage begins, a substantial portion of the paid session has already been consumed.
The same issue occurs at the end of the session. Customers are often asked to shower again while the therapist cleans up, removes bedding, and packs away equipment. Once again, this is counted as part of the customer's paid time. As a result, when the entire process is considered, a customer who has paid for a 60-minute session may receive less than 30 minutes of actual service on the bed.
I find this practice unacceptable and unfair. Customers pay for the service itself, not for administrative processes, preparation time, equipment setup, room turnover, or showering requirements. These operational activities should not reduce the actual service time that customers have paid for.
As a business, you have a responsibility to provide value for money. If a customer pays for 60 minutes, they should receive 60 minutes of actual service. The service timer should begin when the treatment starts and end when the treatment concludes—not during preparation, setup, or cleanup activities.
I strongly urge management to review and correct this practice. Customers deserve transparency, fairness, and the full value of the service they have paid for. The current system does not achieve that standard and leaves customers feeling short-changed.
I trust that management will take this concern seriously and implement changes to ensure that customers receive the full service duration they are paying for
