I have made mistakes with ladies and the same name too. Luckily I never gave bad reviews to the wrong lady. I hope he makes amends.

Maybe he thinks "the original" means you are the genuine one and the others are fakes. So like when you got a fake product you try to complain to the original manufacturer. You hope they can shit down the fakes... I but this is people.

Hence my request to the ladies to use fake surnames that can help
