Maybe have a system where the same ladies are not apart of the top 10.
It should be able to rotate.

ESA should come up with an incentive system wherein every 15 ratings/reviews rewards said punter with a discount coupon on something.
The more people review the more balanced the system will become.
I recall the first time i saw a pic of yours, i thought you were a very demure younger lady. Lol
Also if a wag sees punters of all races surely her client base is more than the roar wgs.
On the other hand others have been accused of creating fake profles for selfe reveiws.
Top 10 gives you exposure and encourages more people to comment or review, in my case most of my regulars only started reviewing after I was treated badly for being on top 10 because some people felt I didn't deserve to be there and they keep me there because I treat them very well and respect them.
Also, because of top 10 I have lost a couple of good regulars because reading about my experiences with other guys has put them off. Most guys don't review and maybe when there's a system that encourages that as Sage has suggested they might start.
Getting a rating goes beyond your good skills or sexy body, ATTITUDE is of ultimate importance.
About girls hating each other, you are right Veronica. I have been getting nasty pm's from some girls and some even saying the only reason for my ratings is because I'm offering disgusting services that other girls are not willing to do. This is the same girl who told me to get off the forum people don't like me here.
My view is we all mind our business and focus on being the best we can be, when a client comes to me I am under obligation to ensure that I exceed his expectations so that he leaves VERY happy and that has made me VERY successful on esa hence I don't need a second ad or be on another website.

I know exactly what you're saying. I was on the top 10 frequently before the system changed and I was banned. I encountered much of the nastiness you suggest too, so I am by no means in a hurry to get on the top 10 again any time soon. But I have encountered ladies with valid points when it comes to this system. It creates some girls with God complexes and also alienates the girls from each other as degradation through favouritism takes place. It has been the cause of so much unnecessary ugliness in the industry for as long as I can remember.
She's is a wonderfully patient photographer.
I wasn't younger I'm afraid , just illinexperciened ;)
