Agreed guys, arranging a specific time and then being made to wait (especially if you've driven a decent amount to get to the venue) is an instant dismissal for me.

Mutual respect is critical for having a great time.

As an advertiser l will say this making a booking without secure it,it will be a gamble because this days it's been difficult to work with punters.
We will loose pontential clients while waiting for someone who's not going to come or cancel last minute..and we face this on our daily basis and it's making us difficult to operate..so if you can't secure the booking it will be first come first save
I hope punters will start stop wasting our time FR.
Even regulars are becoming so difficult aswel.
