Yeah, and if you don't do it. The title of the thread is "false...". Being treated nicely is not really going to prevent a person from doing something so egregious.

I just wonder if anyone has ever been in this situation? This process is gruelling to say the least.

It applies to any person really, not just working girl. Hence is such an all encompassing issue.

Bro remember there are vindictive people out there. But the idea we are mentioning is how easy it is for a guy to be assumed by the system. GBV is horrendous but can we ask the question has it swung too far from a PROCEDURAL LAW perspective as opposed to STATUTORY INTENTIONS.

Thinking with your big head will go a long way in not getting into shitty situations. Calling the first profile that's available on a site that's not ESA at 2am in the morning after you've been out for a few drinks, is not the best idea. Inviting an unknown lady over to your house and drinking yourself into a coma because you feel comfortable in your own space is also risky. Conversely, booking a lady that has a solid track record on ESA, who puts her reputation on the line every day on ESA knowing anyone can review and yet she has no red flags - chances are slim she's going to change into a false rape accuser overnight. That said, there are no guarantees, but there are ways to increase your chances of getting into shit, by ignoring red flags and taking unnecessary risks by thinking with your dick.

Not gonna mention how but let's just say that in my line of work I come across false accusations of rape on an almost daily basis. You will be surprised how many times it is WG's that try this shit. This kite does not fly anymore. There are ways to protect yourself in such a way that if a WG tries to claim rape, the whole thing backfires solidly and besides that, she will definitely end up doing time for such a serious false accusation. Falsely claiming rape nowadays is also something that the police will very easily be able to determine. They have teams of experienced people that employ various specialised techniques that are almost 100% effective in determining a false accusation. This is one area where our police are probably the best in the world. There is so much rape and false accusations thereof that they are very very clued up in their investigative methods. Actual rape in itself is seldomly successfully prosecuted due to various complicated reasons but the prosecution of those that are involved in false accusation (blackmail/extortion) thereof is almost 100%. Having said this, go forth and punt my brothers. Only a very stupid WG will attempt to falsely accuse someone and most WG's already know this and that the likelihood of being caught and convicted is extremely high.

Isn't it rich? The government's cracking down on rape accusations whether false or not while their own cadres are happily siphoning off billions! It's like chasing shadows while the real thieves are in broad daylight, stealing the nation's future. Prioritizing false accusations over actual criminals is a classic misdirection! Maybe they think if they make enough noise, we'll forget who the real villains are and vote for them in the upcoming elections. Bravo, South Africa!

Let's not forget perjury is also a criminal offense and if that happens she will also face consequences.

This is absolutely crazy if really false allegations and I agree, you shouldn't have posted so much info because you are helping the bad ones with ideas. I know polygraph tests are not used as evidence in court because of the unreliablity but, hell, I would suggest trying to take one and see if she is prepared to take one too.

You need not worry. It is highly unlikely that anyone will be falsely accused of rape. The WG's are very aware of the risks of this. The likelihood that their claim will be even remotely believable is less than 5%. And the consequences for a false claim like this is severe.
