Hi Chass,

If I may, from experience, my advice:

1.Do not use a free site builder like wix etc, if you want good google rankings. Rather register a domain and pay for hosting and pay a proper web developer to develop the website for you.

2.If you are going to put up explicit pictures and videos, then its best to develop a subscription website, where people have to pay or have to be members, to access the explicit content.

3. Also note that many SA hosting companies do not allow pornographic or explicit content on their servers and will suspend your hosting if you overstep their boundaries. A work around is a subscription website as I mentioned or alternatively to host with a hosting provider abroad.

4. Make sure you have the relevant compliance text and disclaimers on your website, to cover yourself legally. It is best if the compliance text include model release information (meaning if you advertise other ladies, then you have to say that they older than 21 yrs old and that you have their permission to post their photos and imo it is best to also get the ladies to sign a model release form which you then keep to cover yourself)

5. If you go the subscription website route, do not use Paypal as a payment gateway, as Paypal will suspend your Paypal merchant account if anyone lays a complaint with paypal, as it is against their policies to make use of their gateway on adult websites.

Correction: ALWAYS host abroad if you don't want to run afoul of over-reaching film and publications board rules and regulations, and the CPA should you choose to go the subscription route. Register a company off shore and have that company own the website. That company should preferably one that is registered in a domain that doesn't have ownership disclosure laws, and spend the bit of extra cash on appointing nominee directors that insulate you.

You don't need to (and I'd be somewhat surprised if he did it) run anything "through ESA". Profiles already have a field for an external website so ESA already has all the integration it needs to fulfill your wishes without taking on the burden of maintaining another website. I am not speaking for Eddie at all, I just can't see what'd be in it for him when the feature already exists.

I don't know what bushman_1 intended exactly but to be honest, his advice is good advice. I have over the years seen many websites "designed" by the models / working girls themselves and they are universally TERRIBLE. Men are extremely visual creatures and tend to make far better graphic designers / painters / artists / website designers / photographers etc. Not saying women CANT do any of those things just that in general, due to the differences in our brains, men are much better at it.

Women tend to go for very "cutesy" shit. Animated blinking stars and hearts as a background, very bizarre colour schemes etc, non-flowing layouts. As an example if you look at Russian Bridgitte's website it has exactly the kind of shit I am talking about. Animated backgrounds that just keep pulling the eye away from the content, bad image placement, bad flow etc. A professional web designer would never, ever do that.

This is *ESPECIALLY* important in a website that is designed to attract men. So although I think his phrasing was a bit terse, I think his advice was spot on: Chass should under no circumstances try and design her own website, she should leave it to professionals and just pay a bit, unless she is one of the very few women who can actually "see like a man".
