Spot on. I think there's two topics that should be relegated to the "agree to disagree" bucket:

1. Rates and services - there's no point in going back and forth, find your lane.

2. ROAR (in the keeping-it-real sense) - there's no point in going back and forth, find your lane.

Truth be told, the hot ones do charge high - certainly. They are the ones we obviously want to fuck. Just with their rates, they are abusing us as we try to keep up but frequent visit are hefty on the pocket.
