They try very hard to get along and always lookout for each other but this is life and things can get out of hand.

Revisited a lady at a venue. We will call her LADY ASS. We spent an hour together that evening. I then took a break and wanted another hour but then she said her boyfriend is here and she is about to leave with him and that we could catch up the next day but before she left she first introduced me to her friend/colleague who I found to be very pretty so i accepted the offer and went upstairs with the friend. We will call the friend LADY TITS.

I enjoyed LADY TITS so much so that we were at it the whole entire night.

When LADY ASS returned the next morning and found me still with her friend she then got so mad.

LADY TITS left the room and came back in tears saying that LADY ASS is upset with her because we spent the night together.

Turns out that LADY ASS never left with a boyfriend but a client for an all night out booking so she chose the full night booking over my hour session and was disappointed when my hour session turned out to be a full night session.

Both ladies treat you like a boyfriend. They get excited to see you when you arrive and jump to hug and kiss you, etc...

If you fight in the venue - your fine is huge

Apparently what happens in the change rooms is something totally different and the later it gets and the more drinks it's worse

In 2019 I worked at a venue in Pretoria. . We had our own ads,plus the place had one too. So when a client came through on the house ad the owner would bring him into one of the rooms,we had to go introduce ourselves to the guy,one lady at a time.
There was one specific girl, who especially when she's had one to many drinks would try to convince the client, to not take anyone else. 8 out of 10 times the client would not book her. And rather take one of us sober ladies. If one got more bookings than her, omw,she would get so upset and badmouthed the other..
Glad I left that toxic environment

The owner was just as toxic and had her favourites

I always make it clear to a lady that I have and that I do see other ladies at that same venue.

I was scrolling through the forum too fast and read, "Do the girls get wet at the venues?"

I thought what a bizarre question. So came back and was disappointed that that's not what was actually written. Lmao!

Do the employees at corporate/ordinary places of employment get along?

Same sort of question.

I loved working at a spa. It gave me a sense of belonging, acceptance, I felt seen, loved and celebrated. Plus I personally loved our boss. I thought she was kind, loving, understanding and compassionate.

But that's ME.

Everything in life is subjective and you get what you give.

I prefer being independent.

This is an unnecessary question though. My suggestion for team building is book the entire venue and get everyone involved in on the action!

The tall blonde who willingly came out blew my pipes, gaskets. I wanted an SP who freely "wanted to be with me" - booked her 4 times in a row then she left the venue & industry (married).

Same venue, this time decided would take the most hostile lady off the line-up - huge ass, thick, coloured babe with dark long hair. She was as soft as 20 teddy bears in session, really colorful memories of her. Turns out her "hostile look" was from the other girls not liking her. She was the first SP I kissed & muffed - was irresistibly that good!

Actually that sounds like a good strategy. I find that enthusiasm and attitude trumps a profile with great photos and booking the hottest girl in the house each time.

I fully agree with you.

Differences between people will always be there, no matter the line of work its part of our DNA.

Something that gives me a dislike in an SP is if she badmouth others whether working with them now or in the past.

If she can do that to others either in private or on the forum, just imagine what she has to say behind your back.
