So I finally get the "rape case" phone call yesterday ... knows my car reg but not my full name or other details. I ask for badge number, case number, what station (only said Waverley) and he says nothing only he's trying to help and that I'm arrogant and will call back later with details. Got a call from Captain Schwartz this morning, same routine in that he's trying to help ... go through the motions again, him not supplying details until again he says they will arrest me and hangs up!! I didn't even get the chance to say FUCK OFF....

The one called me saying my number was on a dead man's phone and they need my call logs . So if they have the dead guy's phone, they won't need my call logs at all. I told him Vodacom will gladly give my call records if he has a court order cos I have no call logs. I told him my lawyer and I will come to the station immediately to sort out. Well, that was the last I heard from him. There was nobody at the station by the name he gave me. I never even went to the police station and I purposefully didn't block him immediately. I called someone I know at the police station who confirmed there is no such person stationed there.
