Many times when the patient describes a pain. To ask questions in order to determine if it is a referral pain or radiating pain.

And as always stressed, treating the pain and not the source shall not provide relief.

Most common is referred pain.

Physical pain.
- acute = Immediate reaction and protection.


Asymptomatic conditions.
- pathological, left untreated possibly leading to advance stage of health failure. Eg. Blood pressure issues leading to chronic medical issues.

And in each case there are nuances to the pain felt and, why.

Can on understand ones pain?
Yes.
And in doing so and communicating and sharing relevant information does help to find the first step to relief and healing.

They WHY too, is the important part leading to finding the remedy to a balanced wellbeing.

Hypochodria. An illness . An anxiety disorder.
Witness of chronic stress, obsessive compulsive disorder severely impacting on quality of life and functionality. The need for reassurance.

Remedy.
To understand the cause and then map the path to wellness - defined by balance.
The shift would be toward stress management and mental health support. Medical term - Cognative Behavioral Therapy ( assisting with emotional regulation and mental health)

Again to stress. Privacy and confidentiality is guaranteed.

The impact of thought processes on ones physical wellness and relationships.

Keeping the core muscles strong = optimal physical performance and efficient flexibility and movement.

The interaction with other muscles giving stability, alignment and producing power...the relationship between the upper and lower body. Energy transfer

Eg. Golfing

Specific exercising and treatment and therapy working toward an injury free swing.

Underestimating the importance of strong glutes.


Long periods of sitting or non motion leads to compensation by other muscles.
Leads to poor movement.
Leads to injury due to imbalance, bad posture.
Leads to joint and back pain.

Compensation by other muscles....when secondary muscles are engaged due to primary muscles being weak.

Pulling ones physical structure to adapt to the discomfort or pain leading to deeper set physical issues and a constant nagging pain.

Possible contributor to
Fatigue
Stress
Tension
Behavioural inconsistencies in ones personal, social and professional space.
