Please note:

Should you choose to enquire, or request:-

This is NOT a beauty spa therapy session.

Nor are the massage methods or therapy that might be required a " one suits all" .

YOUR challenges and disabilities shall dictate the focus of the massage and therapy sessions should you choose to continue with followup sessions.

NOTE:

One session WILL relieve and make you feel less challenged.
THAT IS ALL.
If you are suffering from a longterm debilitating habit or injury or practice such as posture issues, stress, fatigue, bad repetitive habits....followup sessions IS the answer.

The question then becomes ...is a medical therapeutic session relaxing?

Yes. The bonus being, it not only focuses on mind and body therapy requirement, but has a longterm impact on ones physical and mental wellness that play a huge role in ones personal, social and professional life.

Looking fwd to your call and queries

Addendum: Do peruse this thread to get a better understanding what falls under this service.

Since one is not an island and lives among others, the stress and fatigue and tension on being "compliant" does impact on ones social well-being and psychological health and wellness.

COMMUNICATION.
Validation.
Understanding.

It's ripple effect can also be seen impacting on physical well-being.

The way one communicates with others is also telling how one may think and feel about oneself.

Deep rooted challenges.

Privacy and confidentiality is a guarantee.

Let's talk it out and put it into perspective.

Strictly by appointment only.

With the the heatwave...

AI generated to incorporate the most important factors when it comes to hydration.

"....Proper hydration is crucial for health and wellness, as the human body is roughly 60% water. Ones workspace does effect mind and body wellness.

Mental capacity.
Cognitive capacity.

The ability to identify environmental factors resulting in stress fatigue and tension.

From noise pollution to understanding the importance of practicing mindfulness- hydration, movement, nourishment, organised workspace, communication.

Not only does a happy work environment affect productivity but does know to have reach in one's personal and social relationships.

The importance of cognitive / mental capacity and its effect on physical wellness.

Some negative effects.

Procrastination.
Unhealthy habits.
Low levels of concentration, unable to see goals and tasks through, planning and setting achievable goals.

....which result in physical symptoms

Such as

Fatigue
Ill health
Weak immune system
Debilitating movement.

And thus to come full circle and stress

MINFULNESS.

how to address issues one may find challenging and difficult to accept and address and embrace, always made easier when analysed without judgement or fear of failure and relevant and real.

Not to focus on instant gratification and immediate change.

It takes a little bit of dedication and self care.

Much easier than one might imagine when the focus is placed on the obstacle rather than the self analysis through internet research, or social media sites selling generic solutions .

Let's make it happen.

Strictly by appointment only.

Quoted:-

"....Rest and recovery refer to intentional periods of reduced activity or physical/mental downtime designed to allow the body and mind to repair, rebuild, and strengthen after exertion.

While often used interchangeably, rest is the cessation of activity (e.g., sleep, days off), whereas recovery involves active strategies to restore, such as nutrition, stretching, and low-intensity movement."

To address rest and recovery.

While healing, muscles grow stronger. To understand the importance of rest instead of forced exercising placing pressure and causing greater injury to even the tiniest muscle tears after workouts and participation in sporting disciplines.

How long does one need for a muscle to repair?
Generic application is a NO GO.

Ones training schedule, daily habits, periods of rest, hydration, nourishment...are all interlinked.

....as is taking into consideration ones age and applying pratical and revelevant solutions.

In the persistent, continuous, relentless chase for strength and endurance NEVER to overlook the critical phase of rest and recovery.

Superficial versus deep structure.

Superficial= close to surface of skin
Deep= closer to bone and internal organs.

Muscle is made of so called "woven" tissue of which there are 3 types - cardiac, smooth and skeletal.
Tissue damage usually seen from day to day tend to be due to injury or overuse.

Regeneration is the restoration of the physical to possible full functioning.

Understanding the debilitating pain one may be going though, helps assist and target the problem and apply the correct remedy.

In applying the correct medical therapy / massage and understanding pressure in certain areas could worsen symptoms and even delay recovery.

To analyse other areas of ones daily habits and its impact on physical challenges.

Let's address your posture, your habits, your work environment and talk about "why" in order to get to the "how" to address mind and body challenges.
