The true worth of an insurance policy can only be measured when a claim has been lodge against it. What I am basically saying is that how you behave when you receive criticism determines your real character. Your true charter would not be displayed while you are receiving compliments.

I am writing to express my sincere apologies for my insensitive disregard towards all the bickering placed on Bree sight. It was inexcusable. I don't regret anything that was said with regards to Roybash.We all know that emotions can get heated up but it does not excuse the language and behaviour. I was personally shocked and offended buy the maturity of a grown man which were a direct contravention of the values of dignity and education of some people but two wrongs don't make a right and I would like to commend ESA for taking a stand against it.
