South African law prohibits discrimination, on the above as it goes against the Human Rights Act and establishments/Individuals must adhere to anti-discrimination laws even when exercising their right of admission reserved.

My comment was specifically about ROAR and how it has evolved into discrimination based on skin color, which violates human rights law.

I completely agree with your point. I never suggested that women should be expected to engage with people of color against their will. However, it is essential for individuals to show respect and decency toward others, regardless of their race, and to avoid discrimination based on skin color.

The "Roar" policy was never intended to deny admission based on someone's skin color, but unfortunately, it seems that is how it is now being interpreted.

Your 2c worth is actually worth nothing! The Human Rights Act in its local context is great, but is worthless when it is overrided by the EE; BEE; BBBEE laws meant to exclude non blacks from the local economy! I'm not even going to go into the cadre deployment ideology of the government, as all these socialist ideologies are fast reaching the end of their gravy train rides very fast.
