I have just received a phone call from some captain about charges laid against me and a warranty issued.The guy is asking about my movements on 26 June.I made a few phone calls and but never visited.Any advise about hoe to go around this?I had made phone calls to Kempton Park profiles.

Ignore it. Do not respond. They are scammers and there is no case.

As with any legal charge you say absolutely nothing and refer them to speak to your attorney. Doubt they will want to.

your best bet would be your text messages. If you did indeed text it will be covered by the electronic communications act . Its becomes a contract.

Ontop of that if you can prove where you got the money , I.E a ATM withdraw and then point fingers at the bank.

If there was any message after your session especially a friendly one this could be the end of the ordeal.


So here is the bottom line, can she do it yes. Does she run the risk of incriminating herself , Yes. If its found she did this and wrongfully accused you , you can turn the tables.

But make sure of the claims when and where and if i were you make sure you start logging every bit of evidence of your whereabouts that day. And hope she makes a mistake in her time lines.

If you paid her in cash she can't claim rape, she admitted that you paid her. They are trying to scam you, laugh it off and report her to esa admin. Go to the station commander and tell him what happened, his officers is probably bad cops working with this girl to scam you. What videos does she have? Do we know whether this is linked to a specific area? I have been reading here that Kempton Park is the culprit area.
Any thoughts?
