Furthermore Sage posted a link to a profile which was not Kate and I wanted to know if it was or was not. It seems it was not her. JP was decent enough to say that it is not the same person the reason I wanted to clarify if it was her or not was the link that was posted would be more detrimental to her had JP not done the right thing to confirm they are not the same person. As the saying goes assumption is the mother of all fuck ups.

In JP doing so he has earned my respect as he could have left it and let everyone assume that the link posted could actually do the damage as some have already decided to stone Kate without knowing the full details. Sad to say one of my very good friends here also stoned her without knowing full details.

In a court law innocent until proven guilty will always stand that was the stance I took.

Though I may have been abit harsh with JP as I did believe that he was being vindictive until he clarified the the damaging link posted by Sage was not indeed Kate. Hense I said "IF" it is the same lady.

This summary seems fair, errors on both sides made. Judge Judy would rule that both parties should just move on.

I think the real lesson here is not about not paying fees upfront etc, but not to get attached emotionally to a lady or punter which is what happened here.
