But then he was most probably backing his friend, against someone that does not conform to society, but live life the way that she wants to.

I don't think everyone knows what truly happened. See orfice was once inlove with Miss B back when he was In high school, miss B did not feel the same way, she was too busy living life on the wild side and told him this. Orfice then quit school at standard six and ran away with tears in his eyes.
He then met Q... ohh Q now that was a start of another love affair, one that was oh so sweet. This love affair between these 2 continued for years until one day Orfice started feeling like he needs to see Miss B again. So he tracked her down... found her. With all that pent up resentment he just chose to discredit her and break her down on a forum. Q found out about this and he also jumped in to defend his boo.
And here we are today...

And that doesn't need any substantiation cause seemingly we can just say things, call them an opinion and refuse to justify them with any evidence ;)

Well, that is all well and good in theory, the theory ends though when you accept payment to participate, advertise, and in so doing agree to adhere to a standardised set of rules applied equally.

This is the whole point of ESA as opposed the blue and red sites.

No payment is accepted for forum use it has and always been a free resource. parties participate out of own free will.

The use of the forum is a privilege, if you truly feel it isn't, are you happy that we withdraw your personal use thereof?

Every single conflict relating to our business has been born from this forum, maybe we should simply close it and be like our competitors who earn way more than we do. They simple delete all negative comments and reviews, would all enjoy that more. Try and engage the blue and red sites on any level and see how far you get. It seems like most are unaware when they on to a good thing.

I will say this once only, If you don't like this forum or the way we run it, dont use it. I own it, I pay for,it makes me zero income (The bandwidth charges are in the multiple thousand $ dollar zone) its a value added feature that many simply abuse and dont see the value at all.

If I read the latest posting on RB's blog then it does appear to be the case?

And yes I fully understand that this may well lead to me being banned from your site but in my opinion the fact that ESA keeps quiet and do not take a stance is creating a grey area that can be avoided.
