Mindset.

Why feeling overwhelmed, desperate does affect Mind and Body wellness.

Why, looking and addressing ones Mindset, IS important.

Quoting-
"...mental, emotional exhaustion will lead to physical exhaustion which is characterized by a sense of failure, cynism, detachment from tasks and responsibilities".

Burnout.

Chronic stress, leading to negative effects , leading to negative choices, leading to ripple effect that disrupts quality of life.

Motivation turns to procrastination, becomes apathy.

Can this be addressed?

How does one cope?

Is it possible ?

Yes it is and, nothing magical or fantastical about how.

Let's talk , no judgement, no overthinking and take that first tiny easy step to self help and addressing the debilitating burden of feeling overwhelmed, stressed, depressed.

-.-

Integrity.

What does integrity have to to do with Mind and body wellness?

The reduction of psychological stress, mental stability having a ripple effect on physical health improving daily responsibilities and interaction with others.

Integrity.
- honesty
- accountability
- responsibility
- respect.

Contradictions lead to confusion, lead to procrastination, lead to self doubt, lead to apathy, lead to a state of loss and a depressive state of being.

Intention with Integrity leads to satisfaction, growth and stability.

Let's talk about YOUR choices, the intent and the outcome sort.

The integrity in the choice made.

Healing .

The nurturing of mind and body wellness, as well as spiritual wellness too.

The conviction and unwavering desire to get better.
A mindset SET on getting better, a mindset that understand one is ones own worst enemy and ones own best friend.
There is a place for chronic medication.
And there is a time where one can be weaned off medication and suppressants.

Healing.

Let's talk about why one would consider taking a suppressant .

No solution or suggestion is generic.

Medical records and relevant information share is a MUST.

Never to underplay the importance of information share in the space of wellness.

More harm than good can be done .

Healing.
The complexity involved in healing, missed by many.

From physical (body) , to emotional (mind) and spiritual (mind /psyche) healing.

Each, an overlapping of processes affecting wellness having a ripple effect on longevity.

Nothing linear about healing.

Lets talk about healing.

Pinpointing THAT which impedes on mind and body wellness.

Healing.

The importance of psychosocial healing.
Social repair.
Social shared meaning of healing.

Emotional maturity.
Self regulation.
Mirroring and mentalising.

Empathy.

It starts with much one believes has nothing to do with self.

It plays a huge role in sport as does in our daily lives...and without doubt in personal relationships and engagements with others including sexual beliefs and competency.

The healing of that which might not be tangible but knows to impact on overall wellness.

To

UNDERSTAND

and

EMBRACE

healing.

it is not about "fixing" what one might perceive as broken.

One cannot heal without acknowledgement .

Learning to LISTEN and HEAR.

Physically.
Mentally.
Spiritually.

Like everything in life, the foundation, basic elements that rule positive outcomes, same as in healing, will apply.

Nothing surprising nor rocket science. Maybe forgotten, a life fast, overwhelming, suppressed by societal fickle demands.

When talking about meditation...the ability to LISTEN. Silence the mind and LISTEN....to let go of the busy-ness, worry, what ifs, overthinking drowning ones state of being.

A Mind stressed is a Spirit lost and a Body challenged.

Let's try.

Mind and behaviour.

Why does one react or behave the way one does.

Influences.

Self understanding and realisations.

The power of self Control, compassion and empathy.

The impact of a positive mindset and achievable goal setting.

Perfection is NOT a goal.

Growth set in real time, is the go to. Not to forget circumstances out of ones Control. Putting into context such circumstances, critical thinking and solution finding rather than give way to self doubt and procrastination.

Thus, back full circle.... self understanding leading to realisation.

To address the realities of a fast paced, ever evolving life, demanding on emotion, spirit and body, impacting on goal setting and growth.

Charity does begin at home.

Let's talk about procrastination.

Quoted -

"Procrastination has numerous negative effects on both mental and physical wellness, primarily because it creates a vicious cycle of stress and avoidance. While putting off a task offers temporary relief, it leads to higher overall stress, anxiety, and a host of physical problems. Chronic procrastination is also linked to poorer lifestyle choices and a delay in seeking medical care."

What brings on procrastination.
Fear of failure.
Self doubt.
Lack of motivation.

To turn to attainable goals.
Meaningful goals.
Set smaller tasks.
Set the deadline and hold oneself accountable to the deadline set...thus, to reiterate the importance of tasks pinpointed and set that are achievable and lead to growth.

Let's talk about tasks , their value in ones life and the ripple effect of choices made. Priorities and understanding priorities.

Focus at present on mind wellness and its impact on physical wellness.

Sport Psychology and applying its principles in social development - developing youth and communities improving overall wellbeing.

Mind and body and, to add spiritual wellness does start with the head.
