Why FOMO.
Lack of self awareness?
Feeling overlooked and forgotten?
Being part of a social group, having a recognised identity?
Just a few factors.
Traumas in ones life, triggered, leading to heightened sensitivity to relationships and interacting in social situations.
The need to bond.
FOMO makes one less productive, impacts on one's behaviour and interaction socially, professionally and otherwise and could lead to knee jerk reactions impacting on ones wellbeing both mentally , physically and spiritually.
It does have a ripple effect and knows to alienation from reasoning and healthy trains of thought dealing with issues that may hang heavy in ones life.
Let's talk about changing your focus and adding positive influence in your immediate circle and on your search engines when scrolling social media...another that should be minimized and have less of a hold on the reality of living.
Looking fwd to chatting.

Always highly recommended.
Low impact workouts which know to add good value to mental and physical wellbeing. Never to underplay spiritual and emotional growth too.
A fast paced life does lead to stress, fatigue and tensions.
Why not look toward a regime of...
Relaxation.
Core strength.
Muscle tone.
Mind and body awareness
Yoga and Pilates.
An exercise regime benefiting even the most physical of sporting disciplines and not only society on the whole.
Your joints suffering . Injury on restrictive movement and daily bad habits making flexibility a nightmare? Let's talk about easy wellness solutions .

When looking at health and wellness , always to try and identify a regime that targets overall wellness.
Thus to look at cardio workouts improving the cardiovascular system, and strength training improving the muscle and skeletal system.
Heart and lungs, muscles and bones .
The increase of blood flow.
The reduction of muscle soreness.
Performance, efficiency and endurance.
Sport people of various disciplines understand the importance of, and interactive relationship between, cardio and strength building and its impact on optimum performance (a side note- "mind over matter" to be discussed and ones psychological wellbeing playing an important role too).
What is missing is the understanding of a simple regime in ones own daily living that assists and enhances a lifestyle more rewarding , impacting not only physical abilities but, other areas in ones life such as personal, professional and social interaction with society on the whole.
Even more important to apply in ones own life considering a fast paced daily routine leading fatigue, stress, tension, angst, duress and short temperedness and depression.
Being a gym bunny his not what is asked for. Nor is it a tortuous application of self to regimes demanding.
The wonder , once one starts, the "good feeling" reward that pumps one to continue on a trajectory of self care.
Looking fwd to chatting and working on areas impacting on disabilities easily changed.
Small easy steps to health and wellness rewarding.

Most things we know and most times all one needs is a reminder.
And thus.
When a group of muscles have not been used for a long period of time, they become weak and "short" / tight.
Even taking long walks can have its ripple effect and cramps and spasms occur.
Simply the body talking.
Lactic acid buildup.
Dehydration.
Stretching, the start of a simple exercise regime, missing.
Breathing shallow.
Incorrect posture....
And other possible little issues that can be addressed and adjusted.
Let's make those walks longer, pleasant and embrace the aches and pains of muscles engaged in, stretched out and attended to.
Maybe even the first step toward a longterm wellness regime without impeding on your life in a negative way, rather addressing longevity and keeping the stress of a busy life at bay.

The importance of mindset.
The correlation with healing.
Pain management.
Less side effects.
As mentioned in a previous post...
Mindfulness
Self awareness
Compassion (toward self and others)
....leading to harmony and balance.
The close relationship between mental (mind) and spiritual wellness.
The interaction of social, emotional and psychological wellbeing with finding meaning and purpose and building positive relationships.
Again to repeat...
A healthy body is a healthy mind
As is a healthy mind a healthy body.
To address ones mindset and it's impact on physical disabilities and challenges.
Looking fwd to you.
