I hate to break it to you, but you posted this exact review about me in March, except I see the ratings are a little higher and it took you 3 weeks of antibiotics instead of 2 weeks this time round?

Does that mean it takes longer for your bullshit and trash talk to recover?

I can recommend a doctor for your dumb ass syndrome that seems to keep flaring up.

Dear Community, and my beloved clients,

An anonymous post recently made a serious accusation against me. While I honor each person's right to express their experience, I also recognize that truth is often clouded by unspoken pain, fear, or misunderstanding.

Accusations are like arrows shot in darkness, they often reveal more about the archer than the target.
I choose not to grasp this accusation, nor to let it seed bitterness, instead I'd like to share what a dear fried
said to me:

"Criticism, especially when unkind, is often a reflection of either the giver or the receiver's own shadows. If the giver, then not relevant to you personally, however one needs to ask oneself why me, why would a stranger do such a thing to me, what are my shadows that haunt me that the universe wants me to free myself from?
Is this an obstacle, a doubt to distract me from my path, a fear that will hinder me and cause me to withdraw from my past?

It's important to remember, whatever the shadow is, it's just that, a shadow. It's not a reflection of your true worth.

You are the sovereign ruler of your inner realm.

Some thoughts on the shadow.
1. Unconscious trauma,
2. Repressed sexual shame or trauma,
3. Cultural guilt and taboo,
4. Personal health anxieties

Could this shadow projection be exposing a cultural trauma around sensual power; one that needs your light?
The key is not to absorb the projection. Remain calm, respond with compassion, transform darkness into light
(Instead of calling you a dumb ass, I should have written a comment on safe practices to provide readers with
personal health anxieties comfort, or a post that brings light into the shadow that's being cast).
Be careful not to own the criticism, or become defensive, rather use your light to transform it.
Dissolve the shadow projections, don't fuel them.

Remember darkness does not require much energy, all it requires is just to turn off the lights.
But we are light beings, our purpose is to keep the lights on. Don't let anyone turn you off.

Consider the criticism as an opportunity to deepen your connection to your source of light, to speak, act and
respond from your compassion and to emerge even more radiant and enlightened.

You are so much more than a fleeting shadow. Trust your inner guidance."

I'm so grateful for this person and this reminder of the amazing person I am and the amazing person I strive to become and in return, I wish the same for you.

I agree 100% with you, ChittyBang. Lisa is an awesome person and I know for a fact that there's no FH on offer. She has the highest regard for personal hygiene that I have ever known from any other person, and that includes some doctors that I know. It seems that someone has created multiple profiles to target her with. A very undeserved attack
