I honestly can't see the value in paying 5k a day when you're paying the flights, hotels, food and entertainment too. I rather sample the local merchandise or try my hand on the hook up apps since most other countries actually use it for that intended purpose.

For me it depends- if I'm there to also genuinely have fun and the guy puts that out even a good 1500 or 2k a day is fine if food , transport and all is on him
