Asking for a deposito upfront for an overnight is not that strange a request at all. Majority of ladies do that, and it has become an "acceptable request" for overnight bookings.

There are even ladies asking for a deposit for a 1 hour session, which some punters find acceptable.

Being "stood_up", and then blocking the OP, is not acceptable behaviour.

If I understand the OP correctly, he was willing to let the R3k go, if she was willing to see him again.

I have a fair few pages to catch up on since I went to bed but a couple of side issues that have popped up that I'm a little worried have impugned my good(-ish) name:

1) I always tip. Always. Even on the absolute worst punts I've ever had. I didn't mention it because I consider it as like a gift not part of the fee so it's not relevant to this discussion. I wouldn't for example say "I don't owe someone payment because I gave them a box of Lindt chocolates" and tips are in the same category as far as I am concerned.

2) I have never in all my years of being a punter, asked for a discount or haggled on price. I find the idea super distasteful. When a lady puts a value on her body I can't even imagine effectively saying "Ja, no, I don't think you're worth that". It just strikes me as the height of disrespect. If I were buying a car (for example) I wouldn't mind haggling because saying "I don't think your car is worth that much" is not a personal insult, but when it comes to someone's body it is. If a lady is out of my budget, I politely thank them and decline. That's just my take on it.

But I didn't realise that somehow accepting a discount that is offered (and not just offered but actually vehemently insisted on) makes me a bad guy.

I can't call her a "lady" after wat she did, but I don't think the CRIMINAL in question will tell her side of the story because the OP has already mentioned in detail what has happened. She is guilty, what more is there to say?

Personally would stay away from such vile characters, no matter how "beautiful" they may be. There are more sincere and more beautiful ladies out there who are better deserving of your generosity and wouldn't do this to a client or a loyal regular.

I can't see the thread because its on the ladies forum but I do just want to say this-

I have been seeing her for like 5+ years, so am aware of the name changes.

She has in the past dropped people and stood them up (including me). It is super annoying, but to my knowledge she hasn't before done it after she has taken payment (although I could be wrong)

The suggestion that her name change is to get away from her previous reputation is just false. She rebranded because her privacy was compromised

Punters let the lesson be learnt.

No more upfront deposits unless you know for certain that the lady can be be trusted.

If you book a lady for a travel pay only unber fees to you and back the rest you can sort out with the lady on arrival.

I know that this makes it difficult for the ladies who do request a 50% deposit upfront to secure a booking.

And they do do this because they too have been scammed.

For many years this industry has been cash on arrival it worked well, so why change?

DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT pay cash upfront unless you know for certain that the lady will honour her arrangement.(though in this instance the guy has been with her on a few occasions and he did trust her and he did get burnt so keep that into consideration too) if they have built a relationship over the years that a different story all together.

I have never asked any of my clients for a 50% deposit upfront as I am not a contractor who needs to buy materials to get a project going. I am a pay as you go working girl. Though there was a punter who paid who paid a months rent during hard lock down whom I never got to work it off he just disappeared.

This industry is a huge risk for ladies and punters a like.

You need to always be aware from the beginning of the booking right up to the end.

If it is the same lady my heart goes out to those who lost out.
