For every action there is a reaction, no matter how big or small.

To apply that principle to muscles.
These muscles are called antagonistic muscles....while one muscle contracts , the other relaxes, different angles of joints moving our skeletal structure.

And to ensure that the correct movement, intended and specific, takes place, one has the synergist, fixator muscles.

Thus the importance of understanding the interaction of muscles, the ripple effect if injured and sharing correct information when looking for therapy.
Pain can be a reference to an existing problem and NOT the issue itself.

When looking for remedy or therapy to an existing physical issue , answering questions asked and sharing relevant information is a MUST.

It does help assess and possibly pinpoint the issue .

Looking fwd to talking about stretching, cardio and strength building when training and exercising.

Understanding the impact of physiology on ones physicality

And

How physicality can affect physiological processes does have a direct effect on performance and ones physical wellness.

When looking to assist with physical issues, questions shall be asked to assist in understanding and pinpointing the best wellness solution .

Questions are asked without motive and honest responses are required when looking for the best remedy.

To remember...not sharing any underlying health issues or medical concerns can lead to more harm done in a therapy session than good.

Muscle mass not only benefits fitness goals but, does affect every part of ones wellbeing.

Losing muscle mass means losing muscle strength too.

Muscle mass is not about strength only but addressing longevity.
Again to find out that simple actions such as ones intake of protein , making sure to keep hydrated and having solid sleep patterns are some self help practices to assist with muscle mass maintenance.

A regime easily identified to self help and lead to a healthier lifestyle is a dream.
