Dear Punters, this one is for you!

Please may you advise which is the BEST area in the North or Sandton and Sandton surrounds to punt from and WHY?

I am not talking about specific venues or advertisers that you may have gone to, I am purely talking about LOCATION.

So for example, was it easy for you to take a booking in so and so area because you got to skip traffic while passing through.

Did you feel safer in that area? Was it more convenient? Was it easier to get out during lunch? Was it during your daily commute to and from work?

The reason I am asking is because I have a wonderful time here in Hyde Park, but naturally I am always expanding my horizons and I am not necessarily talking about within the industry. But I do have multiple projects going on that require more space (NO I am not opening up a venue), these projects are personal.

It won't necessarily happen anytime soon. But I am a planner and I like to have all of my affairs in order before I make any hasty decisions.

Your feedback would be much appreciated.

Hi Raphael

My personal view (and it is personal, so I apologise for the haters), I would stay away from Central Sandton. I prefer the outskirts:

Bryanston;
Fourways;
Lonehill;
Douglasdale;

Easily accessible to the Highway & William Nicol, good area BUT less congestion at all times.

Personally while I enjoyed my Sandton Gent's during time working their. I would have to say the heart of Sandton is terrible. There were always guys canceling because of the traffic because they had to be in a meeting afterwards. Since moving from their I don't have that anymore.

Just from a working point of view. Though it's lucrative especially for travels.

I will never consider Sandton Central. It's not for me. I am very claustrophobic. I must say that when I was in Bryanston more often than not I'd get most of my business from clients who wanted to skip sitting in traffic by coming through to me. So I was actually the busiest while I was in Bryanston.

I'd really appreciate if more people would share their insights. I am doing well in Hyde Park and it's been an absolute bargain financially as I have both solar and gas. But I need SPACE!

I would like to start doing workshops on days that I don't do anything related to sensual (so it won't conflict with purple clients and will still remain an Xclusive set up). A lot of my clients want more than a wham bam thank you ma'am / sir and I have gained a lot of traction with my other projects. When the people speak, I deliver.
So I am listening, what are your suggestions?

I can understand why there is hardly any response, there's so much going on in the promotions section you have to go through a 100 pages before seeing anything lol

Anything on Gautrain route and less than 10 min in an uber works for me. Personally I hate to drive.

I find the Rosebank stop to be my favourite. Many options for you while waiting further instructions from the SP. Also uber drivers are readily available.

What is linden like? Would you punt there?

I found a marvellous space to do some of my creative projects but NOT if it will be at the expense of my sensual side of things.

I was born and bred in Bedfordview and I'm not familiar with this side of the world. Only been in the North the last year. So feedback would be much appreciated!

I need a good location and a property that matches my taste, energy, vibration and goals.
