Is beauty an external thing for you guys or do you think real beauty comes from within.
How can someone say that they are beautiful but the heart is ugly. Guys your thoughts please. negative comments not welcome

Hate how crude this will sound but here goes:

Inside beauty doesn't get a guys flagpole rock hard.

Inner beauty isn't how all a guys mates and guy-buddies judge him when he introduces his lady.

Inner beauty no matter how beautiful on the inside, doesn't get you famous for simply having it. Outward beauty obviously can.

Hollywood celebs don't pick based on inner beauty (don't throw divorce stats at me - non-celebs divorce rate almost identical).

Men get chosen by their outer beauty and their resources (wealth and status). Women are initially chosen by outer beauty but the peace and serenity they bring keeps them in the relationship. A beautiful drama-queen diva often ends up being the cat-lady.

Inner beauty does last longer...yes,sure. But I've found that above-average in looks women think they are 10s. And when they are asked what they bring to the table.. They usually "the Table".

Outer beauty gets you chosen. Inner beauty gets you kept longer that someone without it.

Just like a rich ugly man and a broke as hell hunk/stud are both two sides of the same R1 coin. You need both.

Outward Beauty & Looks count 75 to 90%. But the heart gradually decreases that % to 45 to 55% over the long term. But good looks, being hot, sexy, cute and beautiful still counts *at least*45% at all times (more like 55-65%). Any man under 45 (age) who says is a big fat liar who's pants need extinguishing.

I think like love, beauty has many different meanings depending entirely on context. "I love Led Zeppelin" is one form of love. "I love my child" is another. "Kaycee is beautiful" is one form of beauty, "that sunrise was beautiful" is another, "that movie was beautiful" yet another. You can't just take one word with such wide meanings and try pin it down. So yes, some beauty is external, some internal, some just a reflection of your own preferences.
