Your words...seeing as the agreement was not fulfilled from his end. This does constitute as rape as it no longer was part of the agreement nor what she consented to.
Let's out it into perspective. Your employment agreement states that for X amount of hours you do filing and you will receive X amount as payment. You do the work, they pay you, but the next morning you open your banking app and see they have reversed your salary you received for doing the work.
What do you? Do you feel they took advantage of you? Rob you?
