I mean you technically should have all the persons details and thus be able to take em tp small claims court.

You cannot take them to court because prostitution is illegal. This is also not rape just because he didn't pay for the service. It's only rape if it was non consensual, it obviously was consensual if you agreed on a figure for sex.

And herein lies the conundrum

How are they able to reverse credit card payments?

Aren't instant EFT's a better solution? EFT's can't be reversed as far as I'm aware?

I honestly prefer instant EFT's these days, given the prices of MG's, it beats having to carry around R2k cash everytime

Your words...seeing as the agreement was not fulfilled from his end. This does constitute as rape as it no longer was part of the agreement nor what she consented to.

Let's out it into perspective. Your employment agreement states that for X amount of hours you do filing and you will receive X amount as payment. You do the work, they pay you, but the next morning you open your banking app and see they have reversed your salary you received for doing the work.

What do you? Do you feel they took advantage of you? Rob you?

It's not rape, it's breach of contract. You can go to the small claims court for monies owed less than R20k as far as I'm aware.

It's not rape but it's certainly theft, and despicable to boot. The small claims court process is still quite onerous and the lady has little chance of succeeding, given the nature of the agreement and service
