I'm so angry with myself. I got scammed by a girl who ran away after she asked me for a deposit. I usually don't pay deposits (I never had before yesterday) but she had good reviews here so I took the plunge. Never doing that again. What's worse is that her ad is now off so I can't name and shame but I most certainly will the moment she comes back. I've learnt my lesson for sure.

Sorry man. I'm sure you know that's exactly why we don't pay deposits. Even with regulars, even with good reputation. Never know who and when they will go rogue, literally.

Yeah.What also pisses me off is that she didn't even just block me as soon as the money came in. She went the added step of giving me an address in Ferndale that I stupidly went to for no fucking reason. I ended up watching the Springboks game while repeatedly trying to call and text her (even now she hasn't blocked me. She just ignores texts and when calling the phone just rings). I ended up punting later that day but I was so out of it mentally that I didn't enjoy the experience.

A 10% deposit is so small it's hardly a risk.

A red flag is a big deposit unless it's an outcall.

Coming in here, as someone who asks for confirmation deposits.

At first, the deposit was to cover the cost of the guesthouses I use. Especially if my regular guesthouse isn't able to accomodate me.

Each time I've waived the deposit, I booked a guesthouse, got ready, set the space up how I like it...
To sit and wait for a no-show. Too much of a risk for me.

The deposit is a commitment to the booking. A show of faith that you won't waste my time. If you'd prefer, you're welcome to book the guesthouse at your own expense.

I don't leave home without a commitment to the booking. Lol, I don't even shower and get ready without one.

I would definitely trust Sage and Fussy Bunny with a deposit if I ever make it to jhb.
And I have twice paid a deposit for mistress Dominique with no issues.
But yes, normally I would not pay a deposit unless the sp is well known in the forums

The ladies that need a deposit should only see a client after he pays the deposit. The punters that don't pay deposits should visit girls that don't require a deposit.

You need to choose carefully. There are good ladies here and scammers.
