I will post this here where it is quite public and hopefully it will show this person not to be messing with me.

This guy is absolutely obsessive and literally a psycho and threatened me now as well on top of the constant harassment.

Long story short I will not be giving this psycho a refund of R200 (which he decided to pay as a deposit) without consulting me about the amount needed for a (NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT)

I have screenshots and am 100% within my rights to not be refunding him, let me tell you why...

He has been harassing me non stop now to a point where I blocked his number and then after a month or 2 of hearing nothing I get an sms saying he is sorry and wants me to unblock him.

Now me wanting to see the good in everyone and willing to give some people second Chances decided to unblock him.

All of a sudden he wants to book me and bring me gifts and do some grocery shopping without me asking for any of it, and I just go with it. I mean what a nice gesture right....

We speak about what booking option he would like to make and then I send the message about the deposit needed to make the booking.

Now hunnies if I do not reply it means I am busy but I WILL ALWAYS get back to you once I can and I am finished with what I'm doing. As it would be rude if I were on my phone during a booking don't you think?

Any way he proceeds to pay R200 as a deposit without my approval of the actual amount needed and then afterwards I told him that he should wait For instructions instead of just jumping in headfirst as I have Certain procedures in place for my own protection as well as the discretion of the punters. You know making sure the business side of things are sorted so that the Pleasure side of things can commence

Any way the messages go on and I correct him on the amount needed for the deposit to be valid and I hear nothing.. I leave it as people get busy which is 100% understandable.

Then all of a sudden I am a "borderline bipolar, narcissistic manipulator, with an erratic mental state." And "all I care about is the money money money"

These are just some of the wonderful things he said out of the blue... any way the whole thing ends with me blocking him YET AGAIN as I am a no drama llama and don't need this psychotic energy around me or even to talk to me!

And yet he still carries on to find a way to harass me Threatening to "get lawyers involved" and put me on the "scammers list" because this is the reason why I "run away from people" because I'm a scammer and oh gosh Like can someone please just help this poor man like ... PROFESSIONAL HELP!

Honestly if he wishes to do so he can... lol lawyers might cost a bit more than R200 lol but actually I challenge him to do so as I am 100% within my rights to not refund this guy.

I'm sorry if you make me put up with your Psychotic emotions and obsessive tendencies and stalker vibes I should get paid for it lol. Not to mention being Threatened multiple times...

Fun fact he is also a SP and has an ad here in the purple world...

Now the question is to post his number and name here or not?

Not to mention he is using different names of sensual massage spa's where he "works from" as I was just in contact with one of the owners of the one spa he claims to be working from and they say they don't allow men to work for them only women and this is not the first time he has done this...

As an outsider...I would say pay him the R200 back.

My reasoning is that the said amount will be his reason to continue hounding you and messaging and and and...is R200 worth your peace of mind?

Block him on all platforms as you've done. Give his details and details of what hapoened to ESA so that they can block him here too if he has a profile and you know his profile name or they can figure out who he is. If thongs escalate you may need to get a restraining order.

Lastly, just give back the R200, through ESA if you are not comfortable. It's not worth the drama.

You are not asking for advice on whether to repay him or not, it sounds like you've decided that it isn't going to happen. Whether or not to name him you ask? You can do that, yes.

Now consider the facts:
1. He paid a small deposit with no booking day/time agreed upon or confirmed by both parties. You didn't lose out on potential business due to a no-show. The very reason why some ladies require a booking deposit is to safeguard themselves against the potential loss of income from no-shows.

2. For a no-drama llama, you are embroiled in exactly that, the very thing that you are trying to steer clear of. Is R200 worth the stress that you are putting yourself through?

If this gets ugly it will cost you a great deal more than the R200.

Pay the money to ESA with the beneficiary reference "For the account of {SP Name}.

Follow up with a message to ESA, copied to him.

Queen, I agree with a number of my fellow gents;

The stress and negativity attached with this chap are not worth the R200. I would pay back via ESA just to rid yourself of the negativity.

I would DEFINITLY NOT NAME AND SHAME on this forum - use the ladies forum. If you do so here, I dont think the powers that be at ESA will take kindly to the public distribution of his contact details - it could lead to a banning.

Just put it all behind you as soon as possible so you can get on with your positive attitude that you always display
