Would be interesting to add Review of punter on Esa so we also could learn something for ourselves to self-develop and add credibility of reviews from both ends .

On Personality.

Have you ever heard of Woolworths rating their customers on hello Peter or any platform like that? I'm sure there are lots of customers in the wrong but that's not how the business works. If a review has malice wg should report to Esa to investigate and based on that it will be removed or stay up, Esa can then manage how they handle the punter in question
