Some examples for me from experience
- had a great booking, she ticked all the boxes and very conveniently located. At the end of the booking we apparently went 5 minutes over (which is debatable if you don't include the shower I took), anyway I never argue about fees. Paid for 90 minutes and never returned.
- lowered her rates significantly and kept quoting older higher rates, not knowing I was aware
- asked for advance payment for an emergency, on the day of the booking indicated she was still out of the province and will only be back the next day. However profiles were put on available from that day and confirmed on DM, not knowing it's me that she's indeed taking bookings. Evidentially my booking was not a priority anymore. It was honoured the next day, but I never returned.
- paid another girl in advance for a booking, couldn't make it due to clashing schedules on both sides. Girl promptly offered to refund me as it was not going to happen soon and repaid into my account. She shot straight up my list and I must have seen her 20 times since.
Not referring above to obvious deal breakers like poor service, bad hygiene, scamming, etc. but those small things that people may not realise can cost or gain them a client.

You become a regular - like once a week. Then just this one time you ask to put on the clothes of a shoot a while ago. She just ignores this request like a taxi ignores a stop sign.

Number 1 - Hygiene!! Stinky vag and filthy feet: those are absolute deal breakers. And it seems more and more ladies, especially the younger ones, are seriously lacking in this department.
Fees - I do not have an issue paying, but during the session when suddenly extra fees pop up which should have been disclosed right up front.
Communication - if she has poor communication skills from the onset, be it verbal or written, I won't even make the booking.
Venue cleanliness is another big one. Fresh towels always trump damp towels!

Re: Small things that can gain or lose clients
The best ladies in this industry are ones who have worked before in a professional corporate industry, been married and are usually above 30. Their professionalness and people skills carry over into this industry and they are a pleasure to deal with, regardless of age. I have met ladies close to 60 who I would rather see than a 21 year old. Also an added bonus, if they have gone to private schools and convents. Intelligent people make better lovers. The skanky ones tend to be chicks who have never done anything other than this industry and are normally in it for a drug habit. I am generalising but this has been my experience and I avoid them like the plague. The whole thing of dirty feet, bad hygiene in general, asking for tips beforehand, adding fees for services during the course of a session can be laid at their feet. I keep away from anyone who is available 24 hours or past 8pm in the evening, unless specially organised beforehand. Ladies that work regular hours in their own place are generally the safest and most reliable to be with.

- Having a clean fresh towel available vs not having a clean fresh towel available can swing the experience in opposite directions. You can put your dirty towel and any chance of a return where the sun don't shine.
- Or when the cleaning lady knocks 15 minutes into my hour booking and you tell her to come back after 20 minutes. You ain't seeing me again.
- Or the request to stop for condoms on my way
- The "give me 2 minutes" or "just 5 minutes away from the venue" which turns into longer irritates the shit out of me. If you are 30 minutes away, say so, an honest response is preferable, rather than being strung along.
- Or on the positive side, the set up recently experienced in a ladies apartment, water and a bowl of mints set out, pile of fresh towels, different soaps and deodorants placed on display in the bathroom, which I won't use as I don't want to smell different, but appreciate the effort, and even though it was way above my normal price range I felt that I got value for money because the lady herself was great, and the extra effort and other small touches lifted the experience. And that is why I have been back.
