If there was a starsign badge for punters I would know which punters to avoid and which to market myself to.

Don't focus too much on horoscopes but rather more on the astrology of it suck as which plants govern what Example mars is your planner that governs wars and distruction. While mercury which is my ruling plannet governs communication once these 2 plannets are in conjunction with each other all star sign ruled by these plannets will be impacted in whichever way serves their growth.

I was about 4years old when I first discovered astrology. My mother and I shared the same sign, both of us being Sagittarius. She had this black cup with the most beautiful gold depiction of the archer and of course, when I discovered that I too am a Sagittarius, I claimed the cup as my own.

I would read countless books from the library as I got older and once I really got into it, it started to make so much sense.

There is an entire birth chart as @arhwen mentioned, as well as houses, which are a guide to people's karmic path and purpose, as well as their nature.

My favourite astrologer, Pam Gregory, links history with planetary alignments which influence global events and patterns in history. She also explains this in layman's terms for the novice viewer.

Take whatever you want from this. Truth to some. Bullshit to other. Just fascinating to most. It's better than gossip and a great ice breaker.

I have a cancer Mars and Venus in Aquarius.

I love hearing about my clients signs, it gives me a better understanding on whether or not I should let the freak out (Aquarius venus) or flaunt my hopeless romantic (cancer mars).
