Yup, especially with kissing for me. Chances are if you charge extra for kissing, it's not going to be very enjoyable. Rather just say you don't kiss and then I'll decide whether to book or not (majority of the time I don't book non-kissing girls).

So There is no set standard as to what is incl and what is not and it differs from WG TO WG. The best is to ask for rates and services offered.
