Guys the prices are not worth it anymore. I dont know if its the girls or the accomodation prices. what do you guys think.

I agree the prices are high......but when was the last time you went shopping ....just general shopping...bread ,milk,cheeses.cold meats etc,a R 1000 don't bring you far.......oh fuel...

Yeah i know. not saying its anyones fault, im just saying its gonna become a elite game... the middle class men are gonna visit less which means your asking price actually loses you more customers by having high prices. Im sure by keeping prices lower you can have more customers per day and make more money then having 2 or 3 clients a day at lets say R1000-R1500. Im accountant this is just how i think haha.

Let me give you some perspective:

This is an average daily expense list just to be able to work:

1. Room - R850
2. Uber - R100
3. Food - R200
4. Laundry - R280 (towels lingerie etc)
5. Consumables - R200 (bodywash,waters,condoms,oils, snack)
6. Appearance - R100 (this is being generous)

Total - R1730 per day just to see you. (Estimates)

There is days that we don't see anyone, but all of the above still needs to be covered.

We haven't even touched family expenses... Most of us have kids and families to look after too...

Im not kidding when i say We are feeling the pinch too, more than you could possibly understand. Remember, we are last on the list of things to spend money on!
I haven't raised my prices this year for obvious reasons... But at the end of the day We need to live too...

it does answer my question, looks to me like day overcharge you for your room. thats the main expenses.

The thing is. Do I put myself up in some dodgy room at a bnb where my visitors feel almost too scared to come to.
Or
Do I host in a reputable hotel room, with no sign in, easy access, discretion guaranteed, with a bit of class?
Same goes for consumables.. Do I offer government issued condoms or durex?
Do I only wash my towels after 3 clients have used it?

All of the above is entirely possible... but i would rather not eat and have every one of my visitors repeat than slack on my client services.

Also, I stay in Sandton... R850 is cheap lols

Anyways.

Expenses are going up all around.....to put it bluntly, humans are still the cheapest despite the inflation. And we do not treat a dog the way we treat fellow humans

I feel I need to say something @ pollie YEs this is a numbers game. I am considering to pushing up my price. But lets see. I agree with Angie I deliver a service with class good company and all the rest. But yes we are feeling the pinch.

However I have seen JHB taking a huge dive in supporting us :-) I'm talking to those that still can afford!!!!

I now fly out most of the time to cape town and Durban to get my bills paid. Today is another loss to try and work just like yesterday. Regardless my rates.. phone is not evan ringing.

One thing is for sure I'm not dropping my rates for a cheaper dodgy service /space. No thanks

I think 5 clients at r1000, is better than 2 at r1500, who may never return again. The entire game works on repeat clients. Find an airbnb that you can do short term rentals and share with another girl. You can bring room rate down to maybe R300 a day. R5000 less r1500.... Equals alot
