I recently visited a massage venue (have done so for years) and had the worst experience ever. The lady i booked for a massage might as well have been a robot. No conversation, very awkward moments, and after turning around she literally just started tugging away like someone trying to start a generator with the manual start sling.

I mentioned my experience to the venue as I didn't want to review anyone and put them in a bad light, after which they said thanks for the feedback and they would let me know how they will make up for it and i should please return.

Haven't heard from them since. So a bit annoyed with the situation and not sure whether i should review or not?

Anyone have any thoughts?

Of course you should review. As review the venue to since tou brought it to their attention and it's been left by the wayside.

How else is the wg going to learn to perform better or find what she would be suited to and how about helping other punters not having the same shitty experience?

Just feel sorry for the girl as she is probably new and inexperienced but feel its the venue's responsibility to make sure she delivers a decent service

At every venue I have been to I have as a joke asked to be massaged by the owner if they still massage. Have won almost everywhere. While they massage me I have always checked out how she does her stuff to then see if she trains or at least re-orientates her therapists if they come me claiming to be trained. It is called service Quality Control.

Some venues are so good they offer the same standard regardless of therapist you pick (Le Belle (Bryanston) and Sensual Spa (Hurlingham) being prime examples - both ads active.

At most other venues, stick to only that one therapist who knocks your socks off - the rest you will pay school fees even if they claim to be trained - advise the owner of the venue and then move on if unhappy.

Maybe the feedback didn't get to the owner or it was put on the 'to discuss' list and something else came up. I would contact them again. Whether they make up for it or not, you should still review.

A quiet word from a client or review has helped us with so many things from preferred body wash, music, if a girl didn't give what is promoted, amongst other things.

I would try pm on esa or WhatsApp the venue again.

They promised to make it up to you, hopefully they will stick to it. Reviewing is important because the girl won't improve otherwise. It might negatively impact her initially but hopefully it would knock her into improving her sessions.

True, but she doe need to be educated and you or or the venue don't explain to her hownandnehy it what kak and what can be better, she isn't gonna improve but just deliver kak service until it eventually catches up with her just costing more punters school fees.

It's also the venues job to value and retain customers that have been supporting them for years.

Let's be honest, are they ir she gonna feel sorry for you when if you can't afford a punt and give you a free one? Did you get your monies worth that could actually have got you a good punt? Did another wg probably deserve it more for giving you good service but was robbed of the opportunity in favour of the bad service?

We in SA don't know how to raise complaints in a way that is constructive and helpful. We (SA citizens) have 2 modes quiet and then I will burn you down.... Rather let's all learn to raise our complaints in a helpful and constructive way

Give that review so that those if us who offer better dont lose out to venues and ladies who are fooling punters.
