Up till recently if I received an email with similar writing skills or lack thereof I wouldn't reply. But here's another scenario -His 1st Language is probably not English. I DO get emails with very similar language and I ask them to call rather than email. Several of them are foreigners who speak better English than they write. But a fair number of them are people I'd rather not do business with.
