My day only starts from1pm and ends @ 9pm. I will only be able to see3-4 clients daily, so its best to seek arangement in advance.

Not sure how email is going to keep away time wasters? Do you mean you can then do emails at times you cannot take phone calls? Doesnt typing an email...answering all sorts of questions take more time than a phone call?

You know your clients and business needs a lot better than we do but a general principle, in a service industry, is that the more difficult or restrictive you make communication the less business you will get. It is also a bit insulting to know that inquiries into your services are regarded as "wasting time" but again, you know your audience best. Wishing you luck.

I've been dealing with half of Jhb, whole of Durban for 4 years too long. I've been putting in ALOT in this industry for time wasters,
the ones who's time i've wasted, the regulars, the big and small, the ones off, chancers, negotiators , Garry Beuthin ect everyday for

to count all those hours, i waste 84hrs a month, thats 3 days

appointments via gmails during holidays cause of the fact it was difficult to discuss these things with family around.

Dont see how it can be difficult for you to enquire via email. I do after all need 1-2 hours in advance.
Instead of calling repeatedly with no luck of getting through to me, leave a msg.
