Could someone explain why some advertisers decline calls from private numbers? Is there a discernible difference between a call from a burner SIM and a private number?

I recently encountered this issue after losing my burner SIM and attempting to contact several advertisers using a private number; none of them answered.

This outcome was unexpected and I fail to understand the logic.

Its all in the numbers.

Punters get recognized, blocked on the number.

When its a private number WGs can't identify if its a regular, new customer, or somebody that they have been warned about on the ladies forum.

My profile and number of other profiles clearly states that we do not entertain private numbers.

So if you call us from private numbers we respect your privacy and we just don't answer or we delcline.

You have our contact details it's only fair we have yours.

Also in all my time in the business 98 % private number callers are problem children.

My thought was if for some reason a lady can't make it or needs to reschedule, how does she let you know (yes, there are some great ladies that let you know if something comes up) if you called from a private number.

To answer ur question. A burner phone u only switch on to make calls to girls to make a booking then u switch it off. So u dont get the annoying scam calls.
You answered ur question about the private number. If a girl needs to push the time up or even cancel. Private number well if u get to deadmans door its only urself to blame for being to private

You don't have to agree with it but it doesn't minimize the fact that that is my personal experience over the years.

It's easy for guys to talk and draw an opinion of a business they have never run. They have no idea of the day to day challenges we deal with it why we work the way we do.

With all due respect even your initial response didn't answer the question and it actually creates a new problem.

You are the advertiser not the punter, your number is public the punter's number is not public. I don't understand the logic in wanting to know the punters number.

I respect that it's how you run your business but let's go back to the initial question and present scenarios.

A burner creates an admin nightmare to the punter, you have to hide the sim/burner phone whereas with hiding your number you activate this option when needed, see the girl, leave and the girl has no way of contacting the punter afterwards.

Those who say they call the punter to cancel or reschedule are becoming very comfortable in this business and I'm worried about you.

This is a one way communication business, I for one don't want you to text or call if you see my missed call, this has always been a rule but clearly things are changing. I see some punters saying she called back to apologise blah blah, what nonsense is that? Do you understand the risks involved in calling and texting back punters without a probe?

Of course you can text back if I sent you a text and at this point you will have the number which means I'm comfortable for you to do so. Anyone to each his own, you're not my target market anyway, I like the young, petit, pointy tits and nice small but round ass.

I'm not fighting pimps and hoes. I just think there's no logic in this especially in this day and age, 5 years ago yes, today no.

Furthermore, you have the option to hear early if the private number is a time waster or not and politely tell the person that they are wasting your time or simply just hang up. But in business you answer every call. Statistically, if you know business rules, you make a 1000 calls at least 10 will be a sale. It can be much more and sometimes that one private number you avoid can make you reach your weekend target on Friday evening already. It's a gamble and you're loosing business by being sentimental. Answer the phone to make the sale, if you don't answer you have no chance of making the sale. People especially who are close to retirement age should consider all the options available and not box themselves
