I know this post is generalizing but...

When will Indian ladies realize that there's a shortage of decent Indian service providers who are straight shooters, no BS about what's on offer and then it changes after money is handed over or the attitude just goes cold and dark once they have their portion of the deal.

Over the years there have been literally a single handful of Indian ladies on esa who have made a great success of delivering great service at a good price.
The current lady is Indian Priya (ad is active at the moment) whom I've seen numerous times over the last number of years and her service is always on point and she literally almost always booked to capacity. She beautiful, is super friendly, naughty, sexy AF and has a body from a swimsuit magazine.
She's got this thing nailed, and she's that busy because almost every other Indian lady on esa has some sort of drama and hates this work and makes sure their clients know it after you're in the room and money is handed over.

There are just so few Indian ladies on esa and most of them are terrible at this.

Can anyone else shed some light on this phenomenon ?

Well South African Indians do make up one of the smallest % of the population. That's one of the reasons why you feel so few of are them working in this industry as a whole. Not 100% of them are going to be great at this either but that's applicable to every other race.

So if you instead think of it as a % of population you'll probably find that the percentages are more or less the same based on race for South Africans.

Then there's the rigid family hierarchy, highly conservative shame/honor based culture, and many more nuances as well but it's mostly just due to what I mentioned above probably.

The poor level of service or lack thereof is shocking relative to the total number of Indian ladies on ESA is just mind blowing though

Not really brother. It's purely numbers like Kaio mentioned.

You are more likely to meet a bad Indian SP than a good one simply because there aren't that many around to begin with.

This is mostly due to the population size being tiny but also due to the cultural factor of Indians in general placing a high value on marriage and family.

Any half decent Indian woman is practically married before she turns 30 so most don't have a reason to enter this industry.

There is the socioeconomic factor as well. Most Indian people are part of the middle class.

SPs like Priya and Maddison are rare.

Most Indian chicks don't even fuck their husbands; imagine how much less they wanna fuck random strangers.

They've never been known for their bedroom skills. Most used to get by on their homely skills of cooking, cleaning, child rearing, and supporting, hence Indian men are a prominent punting group despite having the smallest population size. But the new generation girls can't do all those things but they haven't learnt how to please a man either.

I think many of them genuinely believe in their heart of hearts that allowing you to be in their presence and allowing you to stick your dick in their hole is an absolute privilege worth millions so thats pretty much how they act and what they offer.

It's only later in life that they learn to actually fuck, suck, and seduce properly and then because they got it right, some dude married them and they leave and we're left with these young newbies that don't know anything but think they know everything.

Nothing to do with ratios. We can't say all or most white or black or coloured or Thai chicks suck. Just not the case. They have their bad apples but not most. We can however quite confidently say all Indian chicks suck, bar the odd exception like the one mentioned coz that is the case.

speaking from the Indian side, the main issue is the conservative upbringing and the stigma attached to the job as escort. Most would get into it for the money...not the love of sex. This would translate into a lack of service or quality from the ladies. Going through the motions with the client to get them done asap...and move on to the next buck.They are probably telling themselves "Lets do this fuckn job I hate till I reach R1million, then I am done"

Yes, there are those exceptions that understand that good service equates to more clients and even a higher fee.
