I've got a questions for everyone on both ends of the interaction:

What is the protocol or considered customary when it comes to tips for service rendered?

Are punters generally tipping?
Is it expected by service providers to receive a tip?

If so what's the rate or %

Should it be given before the session in the hope of a better experience or after as additional for excellent service received?

Would love to get everyone's input and opinions

It depends on the WG's mentality...

Some charge extra for everything so I find it bizarre to tip such an SP.

Others let you do whatever you want to with them reasonably so in the heat of passion leaving you feeling compelled to tip without her asking and that's not all since they leave you feeling so amazingly super fantastic that you plan on revisiting with a special gift.

SuperFuck style...Book another hour right after and another thereafter and why not a fourth hour?

I tried tipping but my money is often given back to me. Then you get those SP who ask for a tip yet the session was so awefull and you think to yourself...

?????????? WTF ??????????

Other punters tip R90 000.00 ... Seriously.

I was going to say go with whatever you feel but considering the R90k let me rather not say.

Others will give you a better idea shortly.

If I find a WG who is prepared to try Greek for the first I always offer her the Tip as a start

Do give what you feel comfortable with, like @SF said satisfaction plays an important role. On an occasion I had a great time and wanted to give a tip but had nothing with me, so now I will go back and this time give a proper tip.

Always give more than the tip..

As wg I do not expect a tip but it's nice if you give one. I really appreciate it. I have a flat rate and tell guys so. So most times guys do not bring extra money. I know that and accept it. I have NEVER asked for a tip. It's simply bad manners. And from what I read here, the ladies who ask for a tip, more often than not, weren't all that great.
If I go to my usual restaurant my waiter,who depends on tips,has never asked for it, EVER! I tend to end up with the same one or 2. He knows I am not a big tipper (can't afford it), yet they rush to my table and still give great service. When I have enough to be generous, I tip generously. But I think they have also realised it's easier to just always do your job well cos you never know if that customer will give you that big tip. Plus it's easier to do a good job and get R50 tip and the customer keeps coming back and you get that every time. Or be good and get small tips from every table you serve. And somewhere among the mix, you get the big tip.
Just follow your heart. If you feel it deserves a tip, give one. If it's asked for, it's bad manners.

Seriously though tips always welcome but not expected.
Review your lady, that is worth more than gifts and tips.

Fully agree!

Although that little bonus is very much appreciated, it is not expected.

I never bothered much with reviews and did not really care if I got them or not in the past.. silly me ;)

But I will tell you this it makes a difference to us ladies. Once you had experience that warm humbling yet super charged extatic thrill of seeing your name up there. You know that public regonition of good service is the best compliment/tip a guy can give to a lady that he visited.

So keep on reviewing your ladies instead of leaving a tip pay for your GM;)

I usually tip if the service was good and also write a review

Genrally I tip either R100 or R200
