@Amber let me give you some advice about reviews, and punters who read them, as not all punters do.

Because it is *YOUR* service that is being reviewed you read any review from a much more personal position which is totally understandable. The words of some assholes can really sting because it feels very directed and personal.

However, to experienced punters who have read more than one review we can *EASILY* spot a malicious review or one where two people just "didn't click". So in your mind its "OMG I got a negative review my sales are going to slump" but in OUR mind its "oh they didnt get along - moving on to the next review".

The only time you need to become worried if if you have a string of reviews from punters who are considered "reputable" - whatever that means - and they all say the same. That will send up warning flags. But don't sweat the occasional bad review from a grumpy customer and if he does post a bad review do *NOT* engage with him in a debate. Say something like "I am sorry we didn't seem to have the required chemistry for this to have been my usual steamy session" or something like that but do NOT get into a slinging match - even if he is totally in the wrong you will come off as defensive and combative.

OJ. With all due respect you can't possibly know enough about ladies businesses to be offering this sort of advice.

Sure "experienced punters" can spot those reviews. But what proportion of this ladies business is made up of *experienced* punters, and what proportion is made up of relative newbies who maybe browse a couple of reviews with a less discerning eye? Just because you - or even most guys who contribute to the forum-can spot the difference doesn't mean that most of the ladies clientele can.

Just maybe the girls sweat the bad reviews not because they take it personally, but because it actually makes a difference to their business. And frankly, you're not in a position to know which one is the case. But you know who does have enough info to make an assessment of the impact that a bad review can have? Yeah, that's right. The ladies, so maybe ease up on the mansplaining.

With all due respect you have absolutely no clue about my qualifications to make such a statement which I assure you is significantly more than just being a forum lurker. Aside from the fact that I lived with a working girl for 2 years and helped write and admin a site very much like this in the UK, as well as knowing a fair number of WGs personally, yeah - I think I can offer advice. No mansplaining here mate, but YOU sure seem to have a stick up your ass. Go back to polishing your armour man.

Oraljim, thanks that's really good advise. Jimbob31, you do make a good point to. Most guys reading the reviews are not experienced punters, so they can't tell the difference. However, Oraljim's professional recommendation on how to respond is the dignified way to manage the situaion. I'm impressed Oraljim, you're certainly qualified in such matters. The rookie punter will understand that the catalyst for the bad review was the lack of chemistry between the two.

This is the single most important piece of advice to all ladies to take note of. Whether a review or a forum comment, state your case and then back down .
Something I learnt from poor service providers and its esp true about druh users. They get bad review after bad review yet they stay in business. The majority of them do not respond to bad write-ups. You eill see their ad renewed month after month. So obviously they are still getting bookings. By responding defensively and keep coming back with ping-pong responses one would only keep the thread alive and drawing attention to bad comments. Not every guy you meet is gonna be your cuppa. The odd bad review doesn't make much of a difference. If guys keep making the same comments then its something to improve on. I think Oraljim's advice is spot on. Also don't get personal when and if he responds.
You will be surprised how other guys will come to your defence in response to a bad comment IF you generally give good serviceF. The Afrikaans saying moenie die bobbejaan agter die berh haan uithaal nie is a good take on a prospective bad review

Don't sweat it. He may mot even review or comment Keep up good service.

Agree with Nadia.

Social media is a total overload of a persons senses- we get overwhelmed by info .
What trends now is forgotten minutes later .

Macdonalds must have thousands of awful write up - reviews yet people still queue to buy.

Responding and defending only highlights the bad review.
I know it hurts especially if it's false .
Just keep doing your best and soon fair and proper reviews will come your way especially if you look at some of the celebrities on this site like Arizona . Just keeps trying her best and ignoring the trolls and haters .

You going be fine :)

Oh FFS. Your "qualifications" dont matter, becasue unless you are intimately aware of the make up of *THIS PARTICULAR* ladies clientele (and not the generalisations that editing a site or living with a different WG might give), you simply cannot know the impact of a bad review on *her* business. I notice you quite conspicuously didn't address the challenge I laid down: so if your "qualifications" give you enough insight to make these assertions, again "...what proportion of this ladies business is made up of *experienced* punters, and what proportion is made up of relative newbies who maybe browse a couple of reviews with a less discerning eye?" (And note: I'm specifically asking about THIS lady's business, not in general). Without knowing that, your advice is worse than useless, it might actually be harmful. Short answer: despite "editing a website", you don't know, becasue you can't know.

(And a man with tangential knowledge of a subject offering unsolicited advice to somebody who lives the reality everyday is the very definition of mansplaining, mate.)

Btw you're right about the best way to respond either way, but that's not the same as saying "don't worry about it, it dosnt make a difference"
