Lol, not even. Just an observation. Just about every PTA fair profile has the disclaimer.
Other cities appear to be more liberal. I wonder what happened to/in the capital city.

That is what happens when you cross the boerewors curtain.
Other punters have suggested that it is not always the lady's preference - but to keep her fair punters happy.
That sometimes means ROAR is less of an issue than advertised - but be prepared for plenty of rejection.
Or just show your passport at the Jukskei and happy punting in Jozi
