Yeah, but some are making way more and unfortunately some are barely making rent. Service isn't even a telling factor sadly. Neither are the comments, it's usually the ones saying how bad things are that are making bag and always busy, hence not available. Then you get so many good ones that don't complain but can't even pay their ad to be here but we think with our dicks and support those that have giving crappy service and attitude and not supporting those that actually need it and give superb service.

They give great service while you are there. They pay attention to what you like etc, so on following visits she can provide even more to your liking (eg, what to wear, or what you drink) -small things that creates the illusion that you and your preferences are important enough to remember. It may even be subconscious on our side, but small things add up.
Checking if unexpected messages would be appreciated on your side, and if it is, then what is her response directly after? A short wa that does not look like a rubber stamp. Eg. "Psst! I enjoyed it a lot when you bit my finger" or whatever applies. If he tipped or gifted for example, to send a pic of you biting the chocolate or wearing the socks you received makes him feel less like an ATM.
How you are treated before your re-book. Eg, A line like, "shall I wear that black thong you liked last time or should I surprise you?" I know this requires some notes and a form of client base management, but is that not what all of us have to do in professional standard of doing business?
the odd Pic from the style you prefer goes a long way towards making sure the curiosity stays peaked and she stays top of mind.

Many ladies have scoffed at these and similar suggestions, but then they are often the same ones that end up with slow business.
I KNOW what I talk about is hard work, but 16hr workdays are not uncommon for folks out there earning that kind of money.
If you don't like typing a lot on your phone, do your wa on your computer. Have a library of standard lines you can cut and paste and do only a small customization on won't take 5 minutes.
I've experienced ladies doing some of these and can vouch for its positive effect ito wanting to go back

You have to also factor in the operating fees, like venue costs, makeup. lingerie, std testing and prevention, etc.

Plenty of visiting girls come to PE, get 2-3 bookings a day for about r2000 but then have to pay R600 to the guesthouse, for example.

This is correct - you simply cannot make that amount of money without factoring in what initial investment she paid. I wrote about it on the forum previously, but my overhead costs work out to more than 1k every day, irrespective of whether I book a client every day or not (which I obviously don't)

If there's one thing I've learnt its that nobody is earning massive amounts of money for no reason - there's almost always a substantial amount of bullshit they put up with, or an initial investment / break-even amount that most people don't consider

But what a about rent, electricity, water, Insurance, advertising, etc etc etc.

So what the ladies make is not their 'take home pay'

Some travel daily to the venue where they work. Transport cost.
Advertising
Make up
Hair
Grooming
Lingerie
Food
Rent
Etc

How are you a first-hand witness exactly? As mentioned above, even if they pull in those kinda numbers, after expenses the picture looks very different.

I've always said nevermind expenses,the money can be great if you apply yourself and do your best not to overspend seeing all that money In front of you...

But my main issue is the instability. One minute you can make a killing and the next you're making just enough to pay rent. Saving for rainy days is so extremely important in this game, Something I still fail at from time to time. And I know other ladies who have never had help or struggle to handle finances would feel the same.

Actually Would be great to see an accredited financial advisor through a barter and bang. I know some of us would be much more well off if we had a bit more education in handling our finances.
