ESA SOCIAL UNDER THREAT--PLEASE TAKE NOTE

More than 3 months in the making this planned Social has fizzled out to nothing.
Due to the lack of entries Pablos and peterb will take a decision by the close of business on Monday the 11th July whether this Social will go ahead or not.
Sadly we cannot arrange anything without numbers and any Social cannot be arranged in 2 or 3 days.
Furthermore there are people from Cape Town that has paid and we have to consider their travelling and accommodation arrangements.
So all the ones that said "send me banking details " "I'll be there" "this will be my first Social " "I will pay next week " and haven't done it, please step up to the plate and Save this always fun and memorable event.

Hallo Lalaa. We will let the purple world know on Monday the way forward. But with 16 confirmed payments and only 13 attending so far we cannot remotely start arranging anything, especially catering and we have to outsource catering this time.

I agree with you,and talking from experience not many people want to pay.if there are not sure about their schedules anymore:)

I attended one social, but won't ever again. I could've made money at work. It's not worth it for me.

The social is not there to make money if u feel thats your purpose so be it however nic I will not be available but il will contribute to the reason as to why the social was going to be held in the first place.
