What in your opinion is considered as a bait and switch tactic?
For example : agreed on the length of time of the booking you arrive and then it changes as the SP has a client that she is entertaining and cut the booking time in half.
Example 2: Specials! Amazes me that everyday the same SP will announce a special but upon arrival nothing changes.
Or would you consider it to be a totally different provider as advertised.
Blame this post on the heat and being burned a few times.

There's NO WAY THAT MUST EVER be allowed. If I was the Punter, SHE WOULD NEVER SEE ME AGAIN. Your money is as good as the next client. She's supposed to honour your appointment for the whole time you've booked her.

Nr 2: Name and Shame!! Simple reason, she's stealing from you. Don't go BACK!!

Name and shame! You not returning only solves the problem for yourself and it will then happen to others.

According to me bait & switch is when you have a booking with a certain lady and when you get there the ladies switch on you so you not getting the real one but rather one of the colleagues.

It is against ESA policy for the advertisers to bait and switch, should you come across advertiser that does, kindly inform ESA at once so we can take immidialty action.

Phew almost had a coronary, when I saw ESA response. Thought it was going to be a ban for freeloading or something that I might have missed in the terms and conditions. ESA much appreciated for the reply and keeping a tab on the site.

At one time "bait and switch" happened a lot with a Chinese crew in CT. Young girl in the pic and a granny at the door !

To me it also involves a beauty with long blonde hair, blue eyes 36D bust, oozes sex-appeal in the advert: but when you meet, her hair is short, flat-chested and brown eyes and 10 years older.

I often post specials and I have learnt I need to put a time on the special cos guys want the special at 5pm.when I posted a special running between 8 & 10am. Or guys call 3 weeks after I posted the special.
Also tell the lady you are interested in the special. Many of us offer specials to ESA punters only. So if you mentioned it and the special was for the time period you booked for, you have the review system as recourse.

At least now there's a name for it, back in the old days when you had to choose from the classifieds you never knew what you were going to get..
