Yes we should be able to leave but whether we are entitled to leave with out paying is a different story.

If a SP falsely advertised, then I say we should be able to leave with out paying but just remember the lady would have lost that booking slot. I would still pay a cancelation fee and move on. My conscious would get the better of me.

I think if service is the problem - assuming it isn't extremely bad - then it's fair to just pay for the time you take up and nothing more. That's what I did last time with a Russian hottie who was probably too hung over to give me the service I expected. What I ended up paying was still a lot, but nowhere near what I was prepared to pay.

Your instincts have to be sharp. If she isn't giving you good vibes in the first quarter of the booking, rather call it and use the rest of the cash for another more reliable punt.

If the hygiene isn't up to scratch, or I get a bait and switch, or my safety is compromised - then I'm not paying shit, but I haven't had these in a long time so it's just tough talk for now.
