As always there is a balance to play. If she did not make effort to keep you company it may give the impression she does not like your company. So I guess it's a not too much not too little challenge to her
Similarly at a social. I like spending time with "my" ladies but I'm very aware I must leave them space to "recruit" as well.

This is true in theory but hard in life. I know of an SP whom I liked/only booked her at a venue. She was let her go as some odd clients complained of poor service. In contrast, she was an absolute star for me (compared to her colleagues I had also booked).
I think she was booked by some instrumental regulars (who drop bags of money) so could convince the entire backroom and management to gang up on her and get her fired. She seemed surprised when I told her management was complaining. She said she had not been asked to correct anything as she was not even aware - next I went there - she was gone.

Sounds to me like a jealousy scenario and it is sad that she had to lose her job because of it :(
That is why I absolutely love working at Be-Sensual. Never had issues like that and the owner has always been fair and open-minded looking at a situation from all angles.
I hope she found another place to work from and that she is happy xxx
