Anyone else had their GM deactivated? Mine just went off today and I just renewed it at the end of last month

Your membership has been activated. Kindly log out of ESA and back in for the system to generate you a new ticket so it can recognize your gold membership.

Please note the ESA office hours are Monday to Saturday: 8 am to 5 pm. Our offices are closed on Sundays.

For a prompt response please ensure that payments are made within ESA office hours, If you have made a payment using EFT from a different bank we will only activate when the money reflects in ESA'S account.

Should you have used the wrong reference please note that until we have the correct information we can not activate the payment to a profile
Please use your username, email address, or telephone number that's on your profile when making payment.

All the the name of a few improvements. Holding thumbs ESA admin will sort out

Yeah I did the log in and log out thing first. Even closed the browser

I have also had issues today where I log in, and then open multiple profiles. When I switch from one profile to another, the new page will tell me to log in again.

However refreshing the page (ctrl-R). recognises the log in, no need to do the whole log in process.

Seems to be working now
