Apart from it being exspensive (ROE) you need to stay in a guest friendly hotel. Not all hotels allow ladies to visit guest in there room.
Lots of East Block countries, chinese, and philipinos available.
Ladies hang around pups and will approach you, not really advertising as such. No ESA for Dubai.
