I haven't slept for weeks,I only sleep for 1 or 2 hours then I'm up all night

Lifelong insomniac here. I go through patches of good sleep, then BAM weeks of troubled sleep! Affects the rest of my health negatively. Resorted to going to the gym* between 1am and 3am if still awake to lift. Maybe the lifting, maybe because I walk the 1,5km there and back. At least then I get like 2 or 3 hours of sleep before bed. Found that the rest of the week goes mostly ok then for some reason!

*I have a 24/7 gym where I can access with my own tag.

MBD I'll send u a pm for a good dispensary. You'll be knocked out KADOOF! I know the insomnia struggle well. I used to sleep 3 out of 7 days in a week.. I have a spicy brain hehe. I'm on meds but that might not be your journey. Melatonin gummies, magnesium like someone mentioned, an orgasm or 2, meditation, no screen time an hour before bed, try playing rain or ocean sounds softly, avoid working out at night(apparently it wakes u up even more). We'll keep trying until we get it right! Lol best of luck hun
